Delivery Time and Costs

We aim to dispatch your order the following morning on regular working days from Monday through Friday. Orders received after 12pm Friday will be shipped on Monday morning.  All shipments are sent via An Post unless otherwise requested.

Payment Methods

We use Stripe to process payments. 

Returns and Exchanges

Our return policy allows you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. Returned goods will be exchanged, credited or refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred).

If you wish to exchange or return a product, you should contact us at ronan@gert.ie com as soon as possible, notifying us of the return, in order to reserve another product and make all necessary arrangements. 

Sale Items

All items purchased at a discount rate are considered a final sale. No returns or exchanges will be given on sale items.
